Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I have found a better apartment and no longer have need of the room that I have rented. Looking to transfer the lease over to someone in need of last minute short term rental. Room is in perfect condition as it was originally rented in the heart of Harlem. What do you love about this place? The roommates are pretty laidback and the neighborhood is very convenient and vibrant. What isn't so great about this place? The common area is a small and not the best for having company.
