The spa quality bathroom has a tempered all glass shower with three shower heads. 100% Egyptian cotton 900 gram towels, Nexus shampoo and conditioner, soaps, hair dryer, etc. The galley kitchenette is equipped with all stainless steel appliances including a full sized 3 door refrigerator, large microwave oven, toaster oven, inductive two range stove top and Keurig K-Cup coffeemaker. Utensils include cookware, flatware, cups, wine glasses, plates, bowls, and serving dishes. There is also a cat and dog on site so if you miss your own, they can visit you. Monthly rent is $3000 all inclusive to include washer/dryer, water, PGE, garbage, Direct TV w/Showtime and HBO, Netflix/Amazon Prime, and 60mbps wi-fi. Security deposit of $250, key deposit of $25 per set and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 are the only additional move in costs.
