Entire place in Greenpoint, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We love this apartment, but unfortunately we have to relocate. The apartment, building and location can’t be beat and we are very sad to be leaving it. We are a five minute walk to the subway station and surrounded by local coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment gets a ton of natural light with floor to ceiling windows which face South West with a great view of Manhattan. The building has built a close knit community which has been great to be a part of. The management and building staff are wonderful, friendly and incredibly attentive to all the spaces as well as personal maintenance request.
