I am temporarily subleasing my furnished 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in beautiful Diamond Heights/Noe Valley. I'm looking for someone to rent the room for about 3 months. You would be sharing the apartment with a lovely, young professional woman in her late 20's. Couples are ok. This is perfect for someone or a couple who are looking for an all-inclusive, fully furnished place. All utilities and fees are covered in the rental price. Super low deposit of $500.
