Private room in Clinton Hill, NY

Hi! One of our roommates is moving out at the end of February, and we are looking for someone to join our lease for the next year starting on March 1st. Our apartment is a 3 bed, 2 bath, and the bedroom available is a good size and has a great little balcony. You would be sharing the bathroom (with a deep bathtub!) with our roommate Jessica. I’m Sara, and my partner Ian and I live in the 3rd bedroom upstairs (which has it’s own bathroom and balcony). We love it here, the building is awesome and has great amenities. The neighborhood is lovely and everything you need is nearby, including trains! 5 minute walk to the G, 7 minute walk to the A/C, 20 minute walk to Atlantic Terminal, Barclays, and a 30 minute walk to Prospect Park.
