Entire place in Boerum Hill, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving on from NYC, otherwise you would have to wrestle the keys from my cold, dead hands. What do you love about this place? This place gets a ridiculous amount of light. It's on the top floor facing south with end windows facing east and west. In close second place, it has a pretty legit functional fireplace. Almost equally as impressive, Trader Joe's is <5 mins walk away. The F/G is <5 mins walk. The A/C/R/2/3/4/5 are 10 mins walk. There are also two entrances to the apartment, so it's possible to convert it into a 2 bedroom, the floor-plan will explain everything. Some of the furniture is for sale if you like what you see. What isn’t so great about this place? It's a 4th floor walkup with no laundry in the building (but plenty close by).
