Private room in Bedford-Stuyvesant, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for someone to sublet for the remainder of my lease as I will be moving. What do you love about this place? WiFi gas water and electric all included. There’s a big fenced in backyard that’s private to the apartment and an empty basement for storage. The room comes with a clothes rack with shelves and has two large street-facing windows that let in tons of natural light. What isn't so great about this place? No living room but there is space in the hallway for a couch/futon/ chair comfortably.
