Why are you looking for a renter? After living in this place for nearly 7 years, we are leaving Cambridge and relocating for professional reasons. We are vacating December 16th, and someone can move in as early as December 17th. Please note the listing says Jan 1st, but there is an option to move in sooner. What do you love about this place? Great location (less than 10 minutes to both Harvard and Porter T stops, Cambridge Common, walking distance to Starbucks, cafes, restaurants, bars), nice hardwood floors, good kitchen storage/nice stove/fridge etc. Ample street parking (metered). It has been a good place to make home for the two of us over the past 7 years. Other details: Utilities: Tenant pays Gas and Electric. There is laundry in basement level of attached building. This unit is located on the first floor. What isn't so great about this place? The bedroom is on the smaller side, and it would be nice to have a dishwasher.
