All utilities are included and there is free washer/dryer in the basement which is shared with 3 other apartments. Located just blocks from Fairway and Hometown BBQ! Also, right next to the Good Fork. For transportation, the B61 stops right outside the apartment going to both Smith / 9th st and Jay St Metrotech. Landlord is willing to sign a new lease if you want to take over the lease. The landlord is great and am sad that I won't have him as a landlord going forward.
