I'm looking for someone to sublease my bedroom. This is a 4 bedroom apartment. Rent is $900 which includes all utilities. This is a 1 month sublease from Feb 15th - March 14th. LOCATION: Crown Heights (Rogers Ave and Lincoln Place). The 4/5 and 2/3 are a couple blocks away. The B44-SBS bus that takes you to the Williamsburg Bridge is across the street. Really close to Franklin Ave and all the restaurants/bars/coffee shops in the hood! Grocery store a block away as well as dry cleaning. BEDROOM: A large window with lots of light and a good sized closet. This is a furnished bedroom with a queen size bed and a dresser. ROOMMATES: There are 2 guys and 1 girl who are all working professionals in their 20s. Everyone is friendly and chill! ABOUT APT: It's recently been renovated and is modern with hardwood floors and exposed brick. It's a second floor walkup! There are 2 full bathrooms and they just installed a new beautiful new fridge! Washer/dryer in basement and a dishwasher.
