Private room in Manhattan, NY

I’m looking for a summer sublet from June 1st until end of August. I am moving out permanently at the end of May and can sell my furniture for you to have for the summer at $250 for bed frame, mattress, dresser and clothing rack. Bed frame has four drawers underneath for storage. My roommate Grace will be there- she’s really chill, mid 20s and in grad school for dance education. Adam is a journalist, mid 20s and is home about once a month. The neighborhood is great and you would be a 5 minute walk to the 1 train as well as the AC/BD trains.
