It's $3,200/month for 650SF in a newly renovated high-rise luxury building. Full apartment is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. Flex wall divides the unit into two bedrooms, and can be removed upon request to reveal one large living room with high ceilings and lots of light. It's a beautiful building with an AWESOME roof deck. If you choose to sublet, no income or credit check is required, only a background check and 1 month security deposit. I would only require the subletter to stay until May 31. You will have an option to either move out on June 1, or apply for a new lease with management on June 1st.
