Private room in Greenwood Heights, NY

Hello! I'm looking for someone to sublet my lease IMMEDIATELY ending June 1st (with potential to re-sign/stay if wanting!) as I am going back to my home country for a few months. 2 bedroom apartment in South Slope, in between the F & G 7th ave stop and R Prospect Ave stop. Laundry/Dryer in the building and Super lives in building. Courtyard outside/downstairs. Close to HEAPS of bars and restaurants (there's a beer garden literally right around the corner) and about a 30 min train ride to the City. You'd be living with a wonderful couple and a beautiful tuxedo cat named Peanut! :) The room has ample closet space and fits a twin bed! I'm happy to include my bed and with it for free :)
