Private room in Manhattan, NY

Looking for someone to sublet a room in our three bedroom Hamilton heights apartment starting June 1st (options to stay on at end of lease, which is June 31st)! We are 1 female and 1 male, mid to late twenties. My roommate Grace is a grad student in dance education and teaches Pilates during the day. Adam works as a news reporter for the post and is rarely home- maybe once a week or so. They are both quiet, clean, liberal, respectful and decently introverted. Looking for someone who feels they would be a good fit for this kind of environment. 5 minute to 1 train and about ~8 minute walk to AC/BD train.
