The neighborhood is always pretty quiet but still walking distance to Sunset and a bunch of bars, restaurants and shops. Street parking is always easy to find. The rent is $935 and doesn't include utilities (water, power, gas, wifi) - which can cost from $50-$150 a month. - Large living room with lots of windows and light - Washer/Dryer in the house - Kitchen - Shared bathroom - Bedroom has windows, lots of light and closet space I have to move because I'm leaving for school but we are looking for someone to sign a year lease starting in September. We are both girls in our 20's working/going to school. The house is always picked up and clean but also really laid back. Looking for someone with a similar living style!
