I love that I get to enjoy all the amenities in the building. The gym is right downstairs so I can go for a quick run on the treadmill. The community at Etta Apartments is great. There are always parties thrown at the lounge for everyone to attend. They threw one last night for The Warriors game. I love that we have lockers for packages, so when packages arrive they are put in a locker with a unique code to open it. You receive a text with the code so you know your package is safe and you don't have to pick it up at any certain time, it will be there waiting for you in the locker. I love the neighborhood, so many food choices and options of things to do. The movie theater is two blocks away so that moviepass is coming in handy. What isn’t so great about this place? nothing...
