Private room in Santa Monica, CA

I’ve lived here for almost two and a half years with my brother and he is moving out oct/nov with his girlfriend. I’m looking for a roommate but also someone I could potentially be friends with! (Female only) This apartment is a perfect location in down town Santa Monica! Walking distance to the promenade, beach, grocery stores, restaurants and cute bars! This is the only apartment I’ve ever lived in because it’s perfect and affordable for the area it’s in. A little bit about me- I’m 26 (female) work for a startup beverage company based in LA (work from home 2 days out of the week) I’m originally from Pittsburgh Pa and moved out here 3 years ago. I’m very active and do my best to be healthy. I am also a very clean person and it’s very important my future roomie knows that and is also super clean.
