Private room in Manhattan, NY

Hi! Unfortunately I’m am leaving my beautiful apartment early! I’ve been here for a few years and it’s a total dream. I’m subletting my bedroom (with or without the furniture) for the remainder of my lease which ends Feb 1, with the option to renew at the end (you’d have to fill the second room, she is also leaving at the end). My roomie I’m leaving behind is so wonderful! I’m looking to be replaced by a responsible female, clean, respectful, doesn’t bring the party home, chill, easy to get along with. The rent is $1450 untilities INCLUDED! I’ll need 1st month and one month security (or can be applied to the last month), the building is relatively new, very clean, neighbors are quiet and respectful. CVS, grocery stores, bodegas, 24hr diner all within a block! This place is a total steal!
