Entire place in New York, NY

This apartment is located on a quiet street in Chelsea, just a few blocks from the Hudson, and equally close to grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants! The apartment feels spacious, naturally split into a kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom, with natural light flowing through all of them. It even has in-unit washer and dryer. What are you looking for in a tenant? I've been living here for the last two years, but now need to make a move out to Colorado for my job. I'm looking for someone who is working from home or in the area, and will enjoy taking care of the space as their own. What isn't so great about this place? The space is the perfect size for a single person, but it's not a great spot for hosting groups of more than 4 at a time.
