Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We're breaking our lease 3 months early because we're having our first child and wanted to move out of the city before the baby is born. What do you love about this place? We've been here for almost 4 full years. We love just about everything about the apartment, the windows are enormous with North, South and East exposures that have sightline to both the Empire State Building and WTC, the extra half-bath is the cornerstone of our marriage, the building staff could not be more friendly, and location-wise it's super convenient to both the 123 (1 block), ACE (2 blocks), and a short walk (3 blocks) to the 456 trains to get anywhere in Manhattan What isn't so great about this place? The new frozen yogurt place next door closes at 9PM. It's a real tease.
