Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My Husband and I are purchasing a home and need to find someone to sublet our current apartment. What do you love about this place? The location is perfect. It's only 1 block from the 1 train and you can be at Penn station in 15 minutes. It's also in the middle between Riverside Park and Central Park! It is a beautiful old building that is kept well. The walls are thick very thick, so you can't hear any of your neighbors. We're also on the 5th floor at the back of the building so it's nice and quiet, and don't hear any street traffic. The apartment is big and open. We have lots of windows so tons of natural light. It's also pet friendly! What isn’t so great about this place? The elevators are older, but they're being replaced.
