Our apartment is available for sublet from now until September 1st (exact dates flexible). My boyfriend and I have lived here for 4 years and we absolutely love our apartment. It will be fully furnished and have everything you need - towels, linens, kitchen appliances, etc. It's in a beautiful old building built in 1929 and very well maintained and clean and safe. The neighborhood is lovely and our apartment is very quiet. It would be perfect for one person, a couple, or two friends (the living room could easily be used as a second bedroom). -Very spacious (900 sq ft) -Three big closets, a separate kitchen and breakfast area, and a big tiled bathroom with a shower and tub -Live-in Super -Camera security system -Elevator -8 minute walk to 3/2/5 train, 12 minutes to A train -We only ask that you water our plants and pick up our mail occasionally -$1975/month, utilities not included, $1000 security deposit An application with our landlord will be required.
