Why are you looking for a renter? We just purchased a house and no longer need our apartment. What do you love about this place? The building and apartment just went through a major renovation. All new amenities and completely redone apartment on high rise floor with high ceilings and large windows. Steps to the train and the river, great restaurants nearby, and pet-friendly! Stated rent includes basic utilities and cable/internet (excluding electric). *Note: Listing is available with minimal furniture (futon, table and chairs, lamps, twin bed [not pictured]) or can be cleared out completely and offered unfurnished. What isn't so great about this place? We just needed more space, with two of us and two dogs.
