Apt includes 1 private room with balcony, shared bathroom, full furnishings, gym room, recreation room, roof deck, courtyard, buzzer system, mail room, and much more. Only 2 blocks from L and 10 min walk to JMZ or G. Roommate is friendly, college graduate, and is extremely clean. He usually is away during the week 9AM-7PM. Bedroom fits a queen size bed with plenty of room leftover. What isn't so great about this place? Parking is available on street and it is first come first serve.
