The apartment is located right near the intersection of SoMa, Hayes Valley, and the Mission, in walking distance to numerous grocery stores, restaurants, bars, BART and Muni stops. It's in an old San Francisco row house with plenty of space and light. The apartment has a communal back yard, shared with other tenants of the building. The room is unfurnished. W/D in unit, gas stove. About the current tenant: I'm a tech worker (surprise!), I'm fairly quiet and clean but love to cook and would be more than happy to share a meal.
