Why are you looking for a renter? Love this apartment but moving to the West Coast for work. What do you love about this place? Great location. 15 minutes to World Trade Center. Quiet neighbors. There's a pool and a gym included in the rent price. Great community. Safe neighborhood. High ceilings. Modern apartment. What isn't so great about this place? There are mostly houses in the area with some basic shops. If you need more you'll need to either drive or take a free shuttle. Monthly parking is pricey (if you have a car) but street parking is available. Extra I am willing to leave all my furniture to you for free - desk, cabinets, bed, mattress, coach etc (worth over $1000 total)
