Entire place in Downtown Jersey City, NJ

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm away for work all summer, so I'm looking for someone to take over the space while I'm gone. Bonus if you're a competent plant-waterer. :-) What do you love about this place? Great location, just around the corner from the Newark Avenue pedestrian mall with all sorts of top-rated bars and restaurants (I'm happy to offer recommendations) and a few minutes walk to the Grove St. PATH train for easy NYC commuting. (Less than 10 minutes to the World Trade Center; 20 minutes to Herald Square. My commute to the East Village is under 30 min. door-to-door.) Fully and nicely furnished for you (including fully functional kitchen & cookware), and I can make plenty of closet/drawer space for you as needed. Somewhat flexible with dates, and could potentially extend as late as the end of August. Other logistics: - AC is provided by window units. - Couch has a convertible double sofa-bed for guests. - Coin-operated laundry in basement; several wash-n-folds within 2 blocks as well. What isn't so great about this place? It's 565 sq. ft. so if you're looking to entertain your whole family for dinner, it's a tight squeeze at best! But for 1 person or a couple, it's a great place to be!
