Private room in MacGregor, TX

This is a 2 bedroom apartment, both rooms are private with their own restrooms inside the room. There are 2 other roommates both are males, they share the same room though and both are chill, one stays in his room the whole time and the other is rarely here but when he is, he just sits in the living room on his phone, both go to the University of Houston. Im looking to sell the remainder of my lease which is over in July. Im from Austin and i'm trying to head back home where i'll continue school over there for the summer and be with my family. Which is why i'm looking for a renter. The Apartment is at the perfect spot to explore the city or the nearby universities. Also waking distance to the metro or the University of Houston Campus, which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The room will be available on April the 1st to July 31st, so if your are looking for a quick place to live for a few months this is a perfect place for you, you won't have to pay a deposit either. The remainder of the lease will be 4 months that you will be living here. Ive had no issues living here, roommates are quiet, place is safe and near downtown Houston.
