Why are you looking for a renter? Hi everyone, My roommate and I, both males in our mid 20s, are looking for a third roommate (preferably male) to join our 3BR apartment in East Village for a June 30th move-in. The exact cross roads are on 9th street / 2nd Ave. Rent is $1650/month (not including electricity or wifi). Although we are somewhat flexible, we prefer someone who is willing to commit to staying a full year (with the first month being July 2017). We are both very friendly, social, and easy-going. Both of us have jobs in finance/consulting so we usually work pretty late, but enjoy going out once or twice a week.
