Entire place in Crown Heights, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We’re leaving the area and looking for someone to take over our lease. We have 1 year left on a 2 year lease. What do you love about this place? This building is incredible. We were the first to live in the unit and loved it. You can’t beat the amenities and community here! It’s super close to many great restaurants on Frankin Ave and not too far from the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park What isn’t so great about this place? It’s a little far from the C train. And by a little far I mean less than a 10 minute walk...but it is more than 5. The 4/5 train is about a 12 minute walk in the opposite direction.
