Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My husband and I are moving out of New York. We’ve taken great care of this apartment and no one lived in the second bedroom. We will pay through January and your lease take over would start February 1st and end October 31st. We’d like to offer 10 days free, so you’d be able to move in January 21st. What do you love about this place? First off why we love the building: 24 hour doorman, beautiful lobby, state of the art gym plus workout classes, large rooftop with lounge seating, stunningly landscaped courtyard and the delicious convenience of Gotham Market. Why we love the apartment: There are only a handful of floorpans like ours. We are a corner unit with views of both the east side of the city and the Hudson River on the west side. We wake up with the sun and get to enjoy a beautiful sunset. We also have an office alcove which only our units with our floorpan offer. The two rooms are on separate sides of the apartment, so it’s perfect for either guests or a roommate. All the apartments in Gotham have higher than standard ceiling heights and we NEVER hear any of our neighbors. What isn't so great about this place? The only thing I could say that’s negative is the distance from the subway. The good news is that the building offers free shuttle service Monday-Friday morning and evening to all tenants.
