This apartment comes with some special terms, so please only respond if the situation fits you :) 1 YEAR LEGAL SUBLET (agreement with the landlord through the primary tenants): My husband I are living abroad for 2 years and seeking to sublet our entire 2 bedroom furnished apartment in West Harlem. Apt is available to move in March 15th, BUT sublet agreement and all supportive documents must be legally sent to landlord no later than February 1st. Apt: -Ground floor, FULLY FURNISHED and accessorized 2BR apartment with a spacious kitchen and living room. Bathroom has a full tub! -Both bedrooms are large, have big, sunny windows and built-in closets. -127th St and Saint Nicholas Avenue. Subway *right on the corner* A,B,C,D trains, and 1,2,3 trains are 10 min walk. -Laundry, grocery, banks, post office, pharmacies, parks, 24hr bodegas, parks free outdoor pool even (!) are all within a 2-5 block radius! -Move in date March 15th. -Lease is for 1 year, no less no more, with no option of renewal. Subletters: -We are seeking a responsible, mature, financially stable people. You can be a single person, a couple, or two roommates, but not more than 2 people can have this apartment. You don't need a guarantor but we need to see paystubs and credit score, and talk to a previous roommate / landlord if possible. -No smoking allowed -Students welcome -No subletting of any kind Sublet conditions (IMPORTANT!): -The monthly rent is $1,940. That's $970 per room, in Manhattan! Amazing, we know :) -Internet and Con-Ed bills are an additional charge. Prime tenant will pay them and submit receipts to the subtenants as proof of payment.
