The location is great - near bars and restaurants. There is an in-unit washer dryer which is great! You will also have the bigger of two bedrooms, which fits a queen bed, dresser, desk, and has a closet. The rent is 1,600 a month and the deposit is 1,750. This is a 2 bedroom, one bath apartment. You would be in the larger of the two bedrooms. What isn’t so great about this place? This apartment is on the fourth floor.
