Why are you looking for a renter? I'm trying to find my own place with no roommates, moving out Feb 1. I'm looking for someone to take over my sublease with a Feb 1 - Feb 5 move in date. What do you love about this place? Nothing wild happens here. Normal roommates who keep to themselves, but are open to being friends and talking if you want. Once you move in, you will have only 1 roommate, for at least 4 months. 5-7 mins from the 125th st subway station. From there, it's an 11-minute ride to Times Square. This place is near Whole Foods and a Dollar Tree. There is a West African restaurant right around the corner that's open late at night. What isn't so great about this place? There isn't a fume hood in the kitchen.
