The light and bright master bedroom is beautifully decorated in all white with blue and green accents. The queen size bed has a luxury organic pillow top mattress and overlooks a balcony and awesome palm tree. There is a 40" flat scree with a fully loaded deluxe AppleTV. I will be moving my clothes into the guest room, so there is AMPLE storage for all of your needs, including a large mirrored sliding glass closet, a large and small dresser and an armoire. The full master bath is en suite for your convenience and privacy. The guest bedroom is fully furnished with a king sized (adjustable) daybed with storage drawers underneath. This room has a similar sized large closet with full length sliding mirrored doors along one wall. The 2nd full bathroom, with a shower and a tub, is across the hall. The monthly rent is $3450, which includes all utilities (water, gas, electric), high speed internet and maid service. There is a 55" flat screen TV in the living room with a deluxe and fully loaded AppleTV (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling, HBO Now etc) for everyone's viewing pleasure!
