Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My fiancee and I have to move out of town for work. We're looking for someone to take our place off of our hands and management is requiring a new lease, so you'll deal directly with them if you like the apartment. What do you love about this place? We have lived in this apartment for nearly 3 years and have loved it here. With high ceilings and lots of windows, the views north are unobstructed and awesome and we also gets tons of light. It's across the street from the 72nd Street Express stop on the 1 2 3, in a great neighborhood with two grocery stores, plenty of convenient shopping, and just two short blocks to the park. If we weren't moving away, we'd happily be staying put. What isn’t so great about this place? If you like going to the LES, it's not the most convenient location.
