The building is very safe with 24 hour doormen, full service elevators, washers and dryers, gym, several lounge areas (indoor and outdoor) and a rooftop club and deck area. Located at 505 West 37th street, our building is a 4 minute walk to subway stations 34th St. Hudson Yards and Port Authority. Rent is $1,725. No drugs, no smoking, and no pets.
