Entire place in Flatbush, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm leaving NYC for a job opportunity abroad :) What do you love about this place? The elevator takes you directly into the unit (very cool). The building is brand new (built last year), so are all appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, convection oven, etc). There's also a private balcony. Located on a quiet street and the apartment is south facing with a ton of light! If you go into this link (https://www.helloliving.com/2417-albemarle-rd), there's a 3D model of the same exact unit! Close to 2/5/B/Q trains. I plan on moving out with all my furniture, but I can leave bookcases, shelves and other things behind if you'd like. What isn't so great about this place? The apartment has an industrial look, meaning concrete floor which gets a bit cold in the winter if you don't wear shoes/slippers inside.
