Love all the ameneties especially the rooftop. There are often free exhibitions and live shows organized by the management group. The location is also convenient, about 9-min walk to G train station and nearby Pratt. What isn't so great about this place? Hope there could be more restaurants Start date can be discussed, preferred Nov 1st. End date will be Aug 31 2020. Renew will leasing office possible.
