Looking for a subletter for my 1 Bedroom/1Bathroom apartment in SOMA. My girlfriend recently moved into the city, so I'm trying to move to be closer to her. Available as soon as possible with a 2-3 week advance notice (so that I can move out). Move in date is flexible. Original lease ends 3/19/2021. I can check with the landlord to see if there is the option to resign after the date, if you choose. This apartment has tons of space, and is a great steal for its price. Has a bedroom and living room, shower with tub, as well as full kitchen and laundry room. There are two large closets, one walk in walk in-esque closet and another coat closet in the front room. Dryer and Oven are brand new as well, installed after I moved in.
