We have it at well below current market rate of 3895. The apartment has an almost entirely unobstructed view of the horizon and gets fantastic light. It is a corner unit and has an efficient square layout with in unit washer/dryer, a large coat closet and a fabulous walk in closet in the bedroom. There is a gym in the building that comes at no extra cost. The gym has a weights, peloton machines, squat rack and half basketball court. The common patio area has a bocce ball court along with several grills which can be reserved at no cost. The location is one of the most convenient commute locations possible. At City Tower, you are steps from the 2345BQRAC trains. Your commute to lower Manhattan will likely take 30 minutes or less. A lease reassignment will require an application with the landlord. New tenant will have the ability to renew once the reassigned lease expires. What isn't so great about this place? Refrigerator is a touch small, but food/grocery options nearby plentiful.
