Why are you looking for a renter? Since my office won't be going back for a while due to COVID, I am looking to sublet. What do you love about this place? Located in a prime location of the Upper East Side, this building sits on a quiet tree-lined street. There is plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks in the area. There is only a short walk to the 83rd street subway and select bus lines in the area. 5th floor walk up. Great laundry place right next door. Only lived in the apt about 2 months and relocated after COVID. Since my office won't be going back for a while, I am looking to sublet. It would be an official sublease starting on the first of any month (August at the earliest) until January 31st 2021 with the option to resign for the next year. I would be willing to sell the new tenant my furniture - All brand new, purchased beginning of March so barely used at all since I relocated right after! Rent is $2150/month. Application requires a $20 credit check fee and 1 month security deposit is due at signing. NO BROKER FEE What isn't so great about this place? 5th floor walkup
