Why are you looking for a renter? I currently live in an 4bed, 2bath apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. It's a cozy, second floor apartment with modern fixtures, central AC/Heat, laundry in the building and a video intercom. It really is a great find in this neighborhood which has more and more hip spots opening up every week! I wish I could stay but I got an opportunity in New Jersey that I just can't pass up. I'd love for someone to takeover my lease and really enjoy this exciting find for themselves. The lease runs until the end of June, so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy Brooklyn in the beautiful sunlight and warmth. The building also has a roof for when the temps start warming up -- just a heads up! What do you love about this place? I love the modern fixtures, the quiet neighborhood and the killer views of Manhattan from the rooftop. What isn't so great about this place? The space itslef is a bit small -- I've been living in a loft bed with a futon and dresser system underneath to maximize space. But I'm willing to leave the bed if you want it! It's only a year old and lightly used!
