Why are you looking for a renter? We have recently bought a place in downtown Jersey City and will have possession of it starting in mid-September. We are looking for someone who would want to live in our building and start a lease from October 1st onward. The lease term would be 12 months. What do you love about this place? Our building is conveniently located a block from the desirable Hamilton Park. There is also a free shuttle to the Newport path during normal commuter hours (6:30 am - 9:00 am and 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm). Also, we are equidistant to both the Newport Path station and Grove Path station. The property is well maintained and we have a washer/dryer in-unit.
