Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? (See below) and I’ve moved back to NJ, saving money. Can be sublease or lease take over. What do you love about this place? Location is perfect Manhattan spot. Neighborhood is safe, but in the middle of everything you’d want for city living. Love to have a true 1 BR instead of small studio. Laundry is in the building, 1 floor down. Dishwasher in the unit. Lots of storage space, with coat closet in living room and separate closet in bedroom. And a nice soaking bathtub. 5-7 min walk to 456 and Q trains. Grocery around the corner. Tons of restaurants and bars. Brady’s bar has pool, Penrose good martinis, Jack and Fanny’s has bocce ball. What isn't so great about this place? Definitely biggest problem was bug issues. They’ve exterminated, and I’ve been told it is all good now. Not for me, but worth it for this price of a 1BR. Also being on ground floor with window facing street trash bins.
