Why are you looking for a renter? Looking for sub letter while I am employed out of state for the summer What do you love about this place? Large, sunny 3rd floor apartment with one roommate. Quiet neighborhood, technically in Rego Park but bordering residential Middle Village. Walking distance from MR trains, several busses stop on the block, walking distance from Juniper Valley Park and a short drive from Forest Park and The Rockaways. Bedroom is large and fully furnished with bed and dresser. Tenant will have own bathroom as there are two in the apartment. What isn't so great about this place? No elevator, 3rd floor walkup. There are dogs who live here but will not be in the apartment during the summer, but dog hair might be present if you’re allergic.
