**Female roommates only** Unfurnished room for rent in the heart of Harlem. Easy access to the 2, 3 train. Sublet room avail immediately until August 31st with option to take over rent stabilized apt! For the month of May, you would only be required to pay for the days you move in, not the full amount. This gem is difficult to find in an increasingly expensive area. Must have proof of income and good credit. Rent would be $1056.78 plus 1 month security. You would also pay for half the Verizon internet and Con Ed (usually averages to about $50 a month). You would be living with my roommate Ameena and her dog Sunny. Her little Maltese dog is both clean and very friendly. Ameena travels often so, many times, the apartment will be empty. Ameena is planning on leaving in August so you will have the option to take over the apt lease and bring in someone new. The apartment is spacious and brightly sun-lit. When I moved in, they had renovated the apartment with new kitchen appliances. Both the fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and cabinets are new. My room is slightly smaller than the other bedroom but I fit my bed, desk, shelves, and dresser. Each room has it's own closet in the hallway, plus 2 more to share. Riverton Square is on par with Stuy-Town, with an enclosed, gated community with freshly landscaped tranquil park space. Riverton Square has: *2 elevators in the building *24-hour security *an on-site management office *on-site laundry facilities *garden *live-in super *side street parking surrounding the property *a children’s playground with water features *a basketball court *a private community center serving school-age children and seniors of the property. I lived here for 4 years and was an easy walk to my job as a teacher. I am sad to let it go but I moved in with my boyfriend who couldn't get out of his lease.
