Private room in Bushwick, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Love the apartment but I've had a recent family emergency and need to move. The landlord has been really accommodating and is willing to take on a new tenant in my place. What do you love about this place? It's pretty spacious with a giant closet and private entrance, under 5 min walk to Wilson Ave train stop,12-minute walk to J train, close proximity to two breweries, top-rated restaurants, grocery store/corner stores, and bars including Houdini's, Nowadays and Father Knows Best. Please note, the room is unfurnished. It's a two bedroom apartment with a newly furnished kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom. Laundry in building. Bedrooms separated by bathroom, kitchen and living room. the roommate (male) is incredibly chill and has the most chill dog ever (included in pics). What isn't so great about this place? Full caveat, it's on the first floor, which is not for everyone but that is truly the only drawback.
