Private room in Bushwick, NY

THE SITUATION: Love my place(!), but unexpected circumstances are leading me away from it before my lease is up. Looking for someone to fill vacancy July-August. There're 3 units in the building and the other tenants are super friendly. Like they might offer you coffee in the morning if they see you friendly :) THE APARTMENT: 3BR/1. The bedroom in question (potentially your room is roughly 10x14.5 aka pretty big for NYC standards. It has french doors into our living room and gets incredible light. THE ROOMMATES: Two chill guys - one works in production for an experiential art center and the other is a photographer. They're great guys, respectful roommates (clean!), and also fun to have a beer with if thats your cup of tea (stein of beer in that case?). THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Great location right off Wyckoff surrounded by awesome bars, clubs, coffee shops and restaurants. It's also across the street from an amazing Ecuadorian. And there's nothing that beats a hot empanada in the AM. SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE? Well it's not! Some cons are that there's no central air and no in-unit washer/dryer. That being said, all rooms come equipped with window units and there are two laundromats within a a minute walk! Feel free to reach out to discuss further.
