Entire place in Downtown Brooklyn, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My 11-year-old son and I lived in this unit and didn't want to leave but had to move at the end of the year to be closer to family. We miss living in the neighborhood where there's pretty much everything you could ask for. What do you love about this place? Prime location--close to at least 10 different subway lines (A/C/G: Hoyt-Schermerhorn, 2/3: Hoyt St, B/Q/R: DeKalb Av, A/C/F/R: Jay St-MetroTech, 2/3/4/5: Nevins St); Brooklyn Fare; Whole Foods 365; City Point (Trader Joe's, Target, Alamo Drafthouse); lots of retail on Fulton St, BAM, and plenty more around! What isn't so great about this place? Have to find the right time to do laundry at off-peak hours so as to not compete with other residents but it hasn't been that bad. Lease ends Nov 7, 2019.
